Returns & Exchange

• Strictly no refunds or return on cut items.
• 14 working days to return any other items.
• No refund or returns on promotional products.
• The returned product must be in its original packaging.
• The courier to return goods back the store must be arranged by the customer. i.e., payment and booking of courier.
• Once goods arrive at our store, the condition of the item/s will be assessed to see if it qualifies for a return or exchange.
