SHIPPING AND DELIVERY
We pride ourselves in getting your order to you in the quickest most efficient way possible. We know how excited you are! All orders are sent via courier – door to door.
SHIPPING COSTS:
Shipping costs depends on the province the item is being shipped to:
Shipping prices might differ due to nature of some items (like bulky items). Customers will be contacted if additional charges apply.
Rates apply to all areas/provinces in South Africa including outlying areas.
SHIPPING TIME:
All orders made before 13:00 on Monday – Friday(excluding public holidays) will be sent out on the same day or the next morning latest. Any orders made after 13:00 pm on Monday – Thursday (excluding public holidays) will be sent out latest, the morning after your order. Orders made on a Friday after 13:00 will be sent out on the following Monday. Orders made on a Public Holiday will be sent out on the next working day. Orders generally take 1 – 2 working days to be delivered.
Once dispatched you can expect delivery between 24 and 72 hours.
SHIPPING COMPANY & TRACKING:
We use The Courier Guy for all our shipping requirements. Once you have made your order you will get an automatic confirmation email and once your package has been sent, we will send you a tracking number so you can count down the arrival minutes of your best purchase to date!
